What I’m listening to…
We'll be fighting in the streets
With our children at our feet
And the morals that they worship will be gone
And the men who spurred us on
Sit in judgement of all wrong
They decide and the shotgun sings the song
I'll tip my hat to the new Constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Thank you for watching our clip of the Ginger Hill Angus Beef Initiative Summit.

Take it away, Ann…
All Things Self Sovereign
Beef Initiative Comes to Washington, Virginia
Nearly 150 people congregated at the home of Brooke and Ann Miller, headquarters for Ginger Hill Angus, just outside the town of Washington, VA this past Saturday to support The Beef Initiative with founder and guru, Texas Slim. The event served as a platform to provide education and encourage self-sovereignty in food, health, and finance while communing over delicious Ginger Hill Angus beef.
The Beef Initiative is a movement to empower the American rancher, giving him/her a voice as well as encouraging connections between consumers and locally sourced, more nutritious food. It is about decentralizing the beef industry, bypassing the BIG 4-packer monopolies, and returning economic viability to ranching while improving the economy of small-town America. It is also a health and wellness movement, promoting beef intelligence and working to improve the diets and health of Americans who have been misled by the propaganda of Big Food and the Dietary Guidelines, getting people back to the source of their food and fostering a relationship between the consumer and the producer.
The crowd came from across the continental US with attendants representing California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Vermont, and Tennessee as well as up and down the east coast. The event opened with a welcome from Dr. Miller, introducing his family members that were present including daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Matt Kita, who were instrumental in organizing the event. Texas Slim then spoke, explaining the original motivation behind The Beef Initiative and his call to action for the future. He sees the Initiative as a protocol for “beef intelligence delivered through the open gates of the great American Rancher, built out locally and broadcasted globally.” His goal is to have 10,000 ranches united in this movement to feed our country and its citizens with local processing available in every county in every state in America.
Andy Green, Senior Advisor in the USDA for Fair and Competitive Markets, was present to inform attendants of the federal efforts to encourage local independent processing facilities. Lia Biondo, Executive Vice President of the United States Cattlemen’s Association, joined him to discuss issues facing the American cattlemen and the importance of ensuring a safe and abundant food supply as well as restoring the economic viability of rural America.
A panel made up of professional women, successful in both work and motherhood discussed ‘nurturing connectivity and natural living in an increasingly unnatural world.’ Emphasis was placed on community, truth, and self-sovereignty for the family with a decentralized education system.
The Beef Initiative encourages sound money practices and has been strongly supported by the Bitcoin community which appreciates the benefits of locally sourced food. A panel of Bitcoin elite presented “Bitcoin 101”, educating the audience on Bitcoin, the benefits of a decentralized monetary system and financial self-sovereignty.
Health and wellness were a major topic of the event led by Dr. Miller who, in his own practice, has seen the reversal of chronic disease through healthy dietary habits that include an animal-based diet and healthy lifestyle choices. He also made the call for the decentralization of healthcare, putting the decision-making back into the hands of doctors treating patients daily instead of Government Bureaucracy, Big Pharma, and the news media.
The audience was fortunate to hear from Dr. Sabine Hazan, world-renowned expert, and cutting-edge medical researcher on the gastrointestinal flora (microbiome). She spoke extensively on the importance of the presence of bifida bacteria in the gut, the miraculous effects of fecal transplant on a broad spectrum of physical and cognitive health conditions, as well as the correlation of gut health to an individual’s response to COVID and the detrimental effects the COVID vaccinations have on the microbiome.
Keynote speaker for the event was Dr. Robert Malone, internationally recognized scientist/physician, and the original inventor of mRNA vaccination as a technology DNA vaccination, and multiple non-viral DNA and RNA/mRNA platform delivery technologies. He addressed the differences in terrain theory vs. germ theory, the likelihood of mRNA vaccines for use in American livestock (and in livestock imported from elsewhere), and the importance of dismissing ‘fear porn.’
While the event was both educational and promotional, the highlight of the day was the food! Ginger Hill beef locally processed by Adams Slaughterhouse in Amissville, VA was the main course with burgers at lunch and The Cattlemen’s Feast in the evening, prepared by Johnny “Ole Butch” Ochoa of Austin, Texas. Throughout the day he cooked a side of beef on smokers, demonstrating and discussing butcher techniques to any and all that were interested. Quievremont Winery sponsored the event with a variety of wines for the meal. A festive environment was topped off with bluegrass music by Erik Burnham and friends. Although most people there had never met, the atmosphere was almost that of a family reunion, and you’d have thought the digital age was still a pipe dream, supplanted by old-fashioned friendship and good cheer celebrating “ALL THINGS SELF SOVEREIGN!”
